APPENDIX133ThedealershipisresponsibleforinspectingyourKawasakivehicleifthereisafailure,investigatingthecauseoftheproblem,andgettinganyneededauthoriza-tionfromKawasakiiftherepairisonethatwillbecoveredbythelimitedwarranty.Thedealershipwillalsofileallnecessarypaperwork.Thedealershipisresponsi-bleforcorrectlycompletinganynecessaryrepairs,whethertheyarecoveredbythelimitedwarrantyornot.HowDoIGetWarrantyService?Ifthereisaproblemwithyourvehiclewithinthelimitedwarrantyperiod,youwillneedtoscheduleaserviceappointmentandprovideanymaintenancerecordstoanauthorizedKawasakidealerforinspectionanddiagnosis.YoucangotoanyKawasakidealerforwarrantyrepairs.YourKawasakidealerwillinspectyourve-hicleandgiveyoutheresultsoftheinspection.Thedealerwillperformtherepairsatnocosttoyouifitisdeterminedthattheproblemiscoveredbythewarranty.Kawasakiwillworkwithyourdealertoresolveanywarrantyissues.Noauthor-izationforwarrantyworkcanbegivenuntilyourvehiclehasbeeninspectedbyaKawasakidealer.WhatifIamnotSatisfiedWithMyWarrantyService?Ifyouaren’tsatisfiedwithyourdealership’srepairworkoroperations,itisbesttodiscussthesituationwiththeappropriatedealershipmanager.Ifyouhaveal-readydonethis,thencontactthedealership’sownerorgeneralmanagertore-questareviewoftheissue.
